They were prompt.  Cleaned up after unclogging downspouts and clearing the gutters.  They were courteous and said if there were any problems they would come out and take care of them right away.

I hired the lawn care service for my mother, who is 120 miles away. I was kept informed of the plan, the work was completed when scheduled, and my mother was very satisfied. I have had a very satisfactory experience with the Gleaming Gutter Company and I am sure that my mother will pass the good word along to others who are in need of the same type of service.

Responds quickly to calls.  Comes within a week of call.  Cleans up after himself.  I don't have to be home to wait for him.

They showed up on the day they stated, NO hidden charges..... I was invoiced online and sent a check a day later.  I could have paid online if I would have chosen to do so.   I appreciated the fact that they came and did what they said they would do.  The charge was what I was quoted because too many times do contractors try to charge you for work NOT completed  Unfortunatly thats why there are services like yours to protect us.  Thank you

Mike was able to fit me in his schedule as requested.  He was professional and courteous and confirmed that the gutters and downspouts were not clogged, and the problem must be in the underground drains.  He said get a professional in this area to fix the problem.  I will use Mike again.
